The low water pressure is because the end green tip of the gun is not pulled out, there are two settings, high and low pressure, it's all controlled by pulling or pushing out the green tip. I figured that out, then it was working for 20 seconds and shut off, the breaker on the cord is fine, and in the house, but I can't get it to work, I'll try again today.... When it works, it works great, when it's a hassle, it's bad. Make sure to push the water hose connector in hard!

I also bought the Earthwise 22oo .... Only three months ago and used it twice not counting today. Got everything ready turned it on nothing, water came out very slowly. I had no presure. For Three hours I tried my best to get the damn thing working. Called and left two messages but no return call. I am going to email them now. Also went to Sears to see about returning the washer they mentioned to call Earthwise then come back in a couple of days. Right now I am not a happy Earthwise purchaser. I hope this problem is solved in the next few days .......

I just bought this washer, also have the same problem with the so call operator's manual. (same experience as demetre petris). I still yet to figure out how to connect it to the hose. Afraid to put soap in it if the other people has problem. Can anyone help and assure me this is a good washer?

This machine is trash. Stopped working after 6 uses. Foolishly purchased it from Amazon.com and they can provide no contact information for the company and somehow I have the box and no book. It weighs a ton and the water connection is hard to manage.

I should have kept my old Karcher.

To whom it may concern

Purchased a pw2200 pressure washer last weekend from sears canada. Noticed that nowhere on the manual provided shows where to acctually connect the water hose.
Only on the outside of the box does it show you.

Any way, my problem is that the soap does not come through. When I unplug the hose it seeps out without stopping. Your troubleshoot manual does not cover that.
Could you help please..

Thank you for your time
